Design Approach
The proposed building will feature a contemporary external appearance using durable, low-maintenance materials. Key design elements include:
- Buff brickwork with feature brick detailing to create visual interest
- Upper-level grey cladding to break up the building mass
- Flat roof construction with aluminium capping
- Powder-coated aluminium windows and doors
- Juliet balconies to selected apartments
- A clearly defined main entrance to create a strong street presence
- Secure boundary treatments and controlled access
- Dedicated bin storage facilities
The façade design introduces vertical emphasis around the central circulation core, helping to provide identity and rhythm across the elevation.

Intended Outcome
Once delivered, the development will provide safe, comfortable and energy-efficient homes that support local housing demand. The use of robust construction methods and durable materials is intended to minimise long-term maintenance requirements and ensure lasting performance for the client.
