Case Study
Twickenham Drive, Leasowe
Delivering Quality, Value and Community Impact
A Development That Reflects Real Community Needs
At Wellcare Construction, we are proud to help shape thriving, sustainable communities across the North West. Our work at Twickenham Drive in Leasowe, Wirral reflects our commitment to building high‑quality homes, delivering social value, and working collaboratively with partners to achieve exceptional results.
Working with Prima Group and Wirral Council, we are transforming two long‑vacant brownfield sites into a modern, energy‑efficient neighbourhood of 30 affordable homes, designed around the needs of local people and built to the highest standards of safety and construction quality.
The Twickenham Drive scheme delivers a well‑balanced mix of affordable homes:
- 20 two‑bedroom houses
- 10 two‑bedroom bungalows, including 2 fully accessible wheelchair‑adapted units
This mix responds directly to the demand for smaller, more efficient homes in Leasowe, helping families, couples and residents with mobility needs to access high‑quality accommodation in their community.
