A refurbishment scheme for Sanctuary Housing, in a Grade 2 listed building in Liverpool city centre. Each townhouse, whilst beautiful in its current state, was brought back to life and converted into apartments whilst maintaining the buildings historic features. Some key areas worth noting would be the new sliding sash traditional timber windows along with the timber front doors. The end result was fantastic.
